Can Items Be Returned?
1. Items can only be returned within 30 days. Items must be unused and
in new condition. You must obtain a Best Quality Scaffolding And
Accessories Return Authorization Number before returning items. All
returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Customer is responsible
for freight on original shipment and return shipment. Custom and Made-to-Order
items are not returnable. Orders cancelled after payment has been accepted or
after Freight Company has picked up the order, will be subject to a
cancellation fee of 25% plus any related shipping fees.
